Actually more like this girl, 15 year old, and 5 others have recently been arrested for book burning while Muslims who wanted to protest on Armistice Day got a police escort in order to do so, then they burned poppies.

Stupidity knows no borders when this couple of twin sisters from Sweden gets so drunk, 3 times OVER the legal limit at the very least, and think that walking on a major motorway is fine. The officers were later heard to state they had never seen anyone with that much alcohol in them still be able to stand, let alone walk (and fight).

One of these women went on to commit murder, only hours after her release from the police station!

If you think Straight/hetros are any better at raising children look at your own social services and how many kids are in there who are completely screwed up by a supossedly “normal” home.

A lot better than simply throwing a ball as you are not in control of your dog if s/he’s 20 metres away from you running after it, and sticks are very dangerous and cause horrendous injuries to dogs every year (sometimes fatal injuries) so that’s a no no.

All we need now are people to stand up to the yobs who deface and destroy public property, start standing up to their kind of selfish, self centred, and destructive behaviour and things will get better.

As to the piece itself this is not a news piece but an opinion piece, it’s so slanted in the negative. Someone needs to learn a bit of objectivity here.

I also own a domain called "Stupidity at its best" where I quickly post stupid things I see on the net. This can, and often does, include real news stories that I think are incredibly stupid, or posts on these stories by users who haven't got a clue.

Some of these will make you shake your head and wonder what planet you've found yourself stranded on I am sure.

So here goes......

Just how stupid do you have to be to type, let alone post, onto Twitter something that was sure to raise the hackles of the police and other agencies, especially in this climate?

Just ask Paul Chambers, who still deludes himself saying it was only a joke.

Sorry kid but if that is what you consider a joke do not give up your day job for a career in comedy, it wasn't funny at all.

Then you get people like Stephen Fry, whom I used to think was intelligent and funny, supporting the loser Chambers. Then there is a comedian Dara OBriain whom I think is lame anyway (read about his part ownership of the racing Grey hound that was put down after breaking its leg, instead of taken to a vet then re-homed humanly) is also supporting this numpty.

Sorry sorry folk being taken in by an idiot with a big mouth.

Kind of like the UK electorate who put this latest bunch of criminals into office too.

Hosting Nightmare

AKA Leaseweb sucks arse.

Okay so I decided to start my own web site reviewing games, among other things, and I found a company out in the Netherlands who host things like this.

I started out as most would, on a shared hosting package, but found that things were really slow there.

No bloody wonder!

One of these tech guys actually gave me root access to look at something but gave me a root access level that actually allowed me to see EVERYONES site content. I found porn sites, child clothing sites, torent sites, all sort of things were being downloaded from that same shared box.

So I decide to bite the bullet and go for my own dedicated hosting package.

Great!

Not!

Yes I understand it says "Self managed (best effort)" for my package but if they tell me not to update till they've cleared updates then I don't update till they tell me all is clear right?

Well what they failed to tell me last week was that there was a Proftp error that would make my sites vulnerable.

Oh great!

I go for a cuppa, come back, and my site is one big FTP ERROR! plastered all over my front page. I only got the timely warning the next day, after already e-mailing the so called tech support monkeys to try to get things fixed.

One hassle after another and Leawseweb finally said they would reinstall the OS and control panel and it would only take 2 hours to do so.

Yippee!

I should learn not to count my bytes before they've landed.

It is now 8 hours since the reinstall was allegedly started and I still cannot get into my own server in order to get my sites back on-line! And there's been no answer from said tech support monkeys at Leaseweb in over 3 hours.

No news is not always good news guys n gals.

Pissed off I am!
